Dit ben ik
Mijn dromen en ambities
For me the Human Resource field remains one of the most interesting and dynamic of the corporate world since it involves both the human and the business aspect. After ten years of active involvement as a HR professional I still feel very motivated to work in this area of the business. The main incentive for me has been to keep the human and business side in balance. I strongly believe that by doing so, company performance will excel and employees will be fully engaged. Pursuing this balance offers many interesting opportunities and challenges. Initiating and facilitating these processes is what contributes to making Human Resources the great area to work in.
As HR Manager I strive to achieve this by acting as a self-motivated, ambitious, driven and innovative person with experience in most aspects of Human Resources. As a trained mediator and advisor I am an effective communicator and relationship builder at all levels within an organization. I have proven leadership skills; this includes managing, coaching and motivating my team to achieve company objectives. A helicopter view and strong analytical skills enable me to keep a complete overview of most aspects of the business, connect the links and translate this into the strategic and tactical HR requirements to support the Companies strategic direction. Contributing to the business on all levels is what makes this field so diverse and interesting.
